Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service as follows:PAYMENT
- Payment is required before the project is started and all payments must be made through PayPal (unless told otherwise) and in USD
- The finished commission will not be handed over to the commissioner without FULL payment
- All prices stated are merely starting prices and can vary due to the complexity of the design
- Commercial rights will begin at 3x the artwork’s price and can vary depending on the type of commercial usage
-Once I have finished everything, there are absolutely NO refundsCONDITIONS
- Please send a complete fully colored reference only! and complete description of your idea to avoid confusion
- Updates will only be given if asked for and the length of the commission will depend on the complexity of the piece and will be agreed upon before starting
- Once the commission is completed only minor changes will be accepted to the design; that include mistakes made, small color errors, etc.
- In a situation of large changes extra payment will be required, depending on the size of the change
- 2 updates of the process will be sent:
- finished sketch for approval
- finished product for final approval
- !!NO REFUNDS once the sketch has been started!!
- Only MINOR changes/revisions will be accepted!
- As much as possible, please DO NOT rush the commission. There might be delays while processing due to other business/emergencies with other work (school/working). But the project will be completed as soon as possible.
-I may stream your commission piece, post them on my social media, or use them as commission samples (everything will be watermarked fully) If you prefer me not to, please let me know when you order!COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
- All commissions will be for personal use only aside from twitch emotes OR if the commissioner has purchased the commercial rights of the artwork
- I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I am allowed to use and work as I please, this includes prints, reposting, editing, etc.Finally, as an artist I have the right to deny any design or piece that it is not capable of drawing, or if it is hateful and offensive, please wait for confirmation first before paying!X Will NOT draw: X

- complex backgrounds

- hate speech/bigoted things
- anything I deem inappropriate to me

- Fill & send in your commission form
- After the form has been reviewed and accepted, an invoice will be sent via PayPal
- Once the invoice has been paid I will start the commission
- A sketch/WIP will be sent for review
- Once approved I will proceed to finalize
- The final artwork will be delivered to you via email or DM-How long do I take?
I usually work as fast as possible within my own time frame, but I'd like to keep a 3-month max deadline just in case something sudden may come up!__________________________________________________
